The Job
- Handle requests/incidents/problems and support changes/projects related to assigned applications to ensure that the IT’s SLA are met.
- Provide local IT advice and training on applications where required.
- Assist in the build and deployment of new IT requests on functions/reports
Your Skills and Experience
- Retail business process understanding
- Intermediate coding skill
- Programming Language: C#, SQL, HTML
- Database: MS SQL
- Experience with RESTful APIs,
- Knowledge in SSRS, SSAS, OLAP
- Knowledge of BI tools: (Power BI,Tableau…) is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP modules: MS Dynamics NAV, Business Central 365 is a plus
- Proactive attitude and good English communication skills
- Self-Study on new technology to help improving systems.
