The Company is a famous multinational company in FMCG industry with well known brands in the global & Vietnam Market. In order to dedicatedly support their business agenda, the company is looking for a potential candidate for the following position
CORPORATE AFFAIRS & ISSUES MANAGER
Advertising/Promotion/PR, Internet/Online Media, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $5000 - $7000
The Job
Main Duties:
- For the business areas in scope identify key industry issues / opportunities / trends that can impact Company business and develop internal recommendations on the way Company can integrate / adapt to those issues / opportunities / trends.
- Work with the internal stakeholders to shape Company's internal viewpoints on industry issues / opportunities and promote these viewpoints with external partners to bring further support to Company's internal strategy
- Represent the company in relevant Industry Groups and promote an industry collaborative approach with external partners on subject matters relevant to Company.
- Participate in the Zone / Market Advocacy Committees and contribute to shaping a relevant Company's advocacy plans. Provide support and guidance to the business.
- Manage issues in the media, government ensuring senior management awareness of media coverage and issues
- Build relationships at all levels of the business (especially senior management) in order to communicate effectively and confidently on Company's behalf
- Contribute to the implementation of the Corporate Communications Strategy and Industry Affairs OMP
- Report to: Marketing Support Director and have 3 subordinates
Your Skills and Experience
- Graduation from University with Legal Background
- Have at least 8 years relevant working experience in similiar role.
- Strong experience and knowledge in crisis management
- Business experience in commercial, supplier / customer relationship, supply chain.
- Strong experience with indutry and trade associations
- Strong experience in collaboration with industry peers.Experience of managing community projects
- Good at interpersonal and leadership skill
- Good command of English
