Costing Analyst
Accounting, Auditing, Finance/Investment - Binh Duong

The Job
Duties
- Manage COGS for Hospitality projects and other relevant costs providing insight together with variance reporting
- Work closely with the Hospitality, Supply Chain, Production, Costing and Finance teams providing meaningful insight and analysis of key drivers of performance
- Audit and report on any variances from Firm BoQ vs customer PO
- Manage and ensure approval is achieved where possible and understood for any variances in ACT vs STD for each specific project
- Provide financial modelling for project options with respect plant build and in-house vs outsource margins
- Maintain a financial summary for each project
- Non-Hospitality costing analysis where necessary
Key Performance Indicators
- Financial summaries providing a latest financial view for each Hospitality project vs Firm BoQ
- All sign offs are achieved for any planned variance from firm BoQ
- Clear library of Project files allowing project transparency at all times
Your Skills and Experience
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Qualified accountant/ Qualified by experience
- At least 7 years’ experience in a costing role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Conceptual and practical at the same time
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Methodical, structured and efficient
- Planning skills
- Assertive and accountable
- Team player and communication skills
- Self-starter, Self-motivated and Proactive
- Work well under pressure
- Good English
- Fluent user of MS office and MRP
- Obtains a good understanding of various business practices and functions
