The Job
- Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule.
- Check and issue all related docs for air-sea inbound/outbound shipments (Pre-alert / Bill of Lading / Credit Note / Debit Note etc…)
- File AMS, AFR for export shipments to USA & Japan.
- Follow-up on import/export shipments until shipment completed.
- Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent and report to Operation Manager if any charge or documents are pending timely
- Constant care is required in order to ensure all tasks are carried out timely and correctly
Your Skills and Experience
Qualification: College, University or higher with majors related to foreign trade, economics....
- In-depth knowledge documentation and operation, esp. USA export documentation. At least 2-year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field.
- Good English skills; computer skills and communication skills
- Careful, well organized, hard-working, and able to work under pressure.
