ECOMMERCE CATEGORY & CONTENT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Job
Main Accountabilities:
- In charge of a specific category/ group of categories
- Lead the development & implementation of categories plan: Develop channel & shopper insights and translate insights into business building opportunities Build specific trade plans for eCommerce channel & deliver category/ brand objectives Identify trade spend opportunities and allocate funds for each sector while analyzing risks Match brand objectives with customer & market needs Deliver TO target for categories
- Work out monthly rolling forecast for assigned categories: Prepare promotion sell-out volume & build incremental sales volume
- Co-work with marketing, media & customer team: Co-create plan for launch/ re-launch, key events, brand-led campaigns
- Manage sales operation Prepare deployment plan & execution of promotion
- Asset management Serve as primary contact for eCommerce content-related issues Collaborate with internal teams to deploy Company 7 Omni-channel assets Deliver Perfect Store Online elements to customer. Ensure Clavis score target.
- Lead on-site visibility: Make recommendations for brands on featured banners to improve performance, increase efficiencies, and drive growth Build & cultivate relationships with key content persons in eCommerce retailers to stay updated of best practices, new features & developments, unique collaboration opportunities, etc. Be a gate controller for every on-site images & pictures
Your Skills and Experience
- University graduate in business administration, foreign trade, economics
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in FMCG, E commerce industry
- Experience in content development highly valued.
- Hard working, can work under high pressure & having team work spirit
- Good communication, can handle problems, multi-tasks and ad-hoc issues
- Quick learning & able to adapt with changes
- Good command of English communication
