Main Purpose:

A world-leading European FMCG business solution is recruiting a Head of Marketing in Ho Chi Minh City to join their team. In this Head of Marketing position, you will be responsible for leading the business unit in its next phase of growth.
Accountabilities:
About the Head of Marketing role:
- Reporting to the General Director & global Marketing, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for all design and implementation of all marketing strategy and branding, and cross marketing initiatives related to both product and platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports business growth and enhances brand equity, including marketing budget
- Create the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy and marketing calendar
- Lead the development of the market business plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories
- Support the development of a joint business plan with key customers in alignment with market and regional growth initiatives
- Align and execute the agreed promotional investments with category plans, account plans and/or environmental initiatives
- Propose the annual marketing activities and budget for the market company
- Control marketing expenditures within the budgeted framework
Your Skills and Experience
- Possess at least Bachelor degree in marketing/business or equivalent
- Minimum 08 years working experience in FMCG MNCs at similar level. Prefer Candidate has experience in Oversea market
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Strong collaboration and stake holder management experience
- Solid brand management and marketing management experience in a consumer goods/luxury goods environment including, but not restricted to, ATL, BTL, and new product launch activities and disciplines, experience with FMCG industry would be a plus.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Vietnamese is a plus.
