We are looking for a Marketing and Product Layout Team Leader to manage our layout and design team and create valuable marketing materials and creative designs to highlight our content and make a visual impact in the outdoor furniture manufacturing industry.
- In your role as a M&P Layout team leader you will be responsible for all the design and layout projects, working close with different departments within the Company Group to create concepts and designs following specific requirements.
- As a Team Leader you will manage a group of designers to accomplish the daily tasks following deadlines and requirements.
- You will be empowered to find new ways to showcase our products, create visually attractive designs that make an impact for our customers.
- You will work close with other team leaders of the Marketing and Communication department on different projects.
- You will create concepts living up to the guidelines, strategy and values of Company.
- You will have to manage multiple tasks and projects and knows how to prioritize.
- You will work with suppliers to create displays, posters and other marketing materials.
Your Skills and Experience
- Creative, conceptual, proactive, flexible and results-oriented
- Open minded, flexible and able to work in an international environment and under pressure when the deadlines are tighter.
- Motivated, curious and passionate
- Organisation and time management skills are a must
- You welcome constructive feedback and can give it as well.
- You are a collaborator and team player and also have the ability to work independently
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience in a similar position (at least +5 years)
- High level of English, verbal and written
- International experience is a plus
