Production Supervisor
Production/Process, FMCG - Binh Duong
Salary: $900 - $1200
The Job
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To control all activities within the assigned production line/areas include production control, quality control, safety and security control, maintenance (corrective and preventive) activities to keep production lines with quality, food safety, safety and environment and cost effectively
- Follow and monitor other staff in line/areas to follow together about rules related to safety, health and environment within the Company
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
- Reporting to Line Manager
- Supervising Processing/Packing staff
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for following up all systems GMP, HACCP, QCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 22000 and standard Food Safety
- Follow Company regulations about safety working clothing and safety warnings
- Follow work instruction and process
- Control line performance and support continuous improvement teams related to safety, quality, losses, failure costs and technical justified MC with WCOM methodology implementation (routes, process, tools, etc.)
- Control and develop CIL standards after every improvement from Pillars and/or teams
- Check and control the Process Order through SAP system during production and at the closing month. Technically complete Process Order after it is finished
- Prepare instruction manual and train subordinate staff
- Manage to use raw packaging materials effectively
- Trouble shooting, investigation in the term product out of standard, loss, variation and stock balance
- Manage the human resource of the section effectively: overtime, leave, duty roster, etc.
- Act as an internal auditor
- Report to Line Manager in case of problem
- Join WCOM team and any other tasks as assigned by his superiors
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic/Electric/Automation.
- 2+ years in relevant position in manufactory environment.
- Skilled in analyzing and drawing information for daily operational needs and improvement for the team
- Skilled in scheduling and planning, budgeting and control. Knowledge of systems.
- Skilled in designing and implementing operation improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
