QA Manager
QA/QC - Binh Duong
Salary: Competitive Offer Package
The Job
- Set up a system and all processes to assure and control the quality of semi-finished and finished products (plastic products, outsole,…)
- Analyze the root-causes of returned products and quality defects of running products and develop plans for corrective actions, optimize processes
- Train the QA staffs on how to check the products (plastic products)
- Work out SOP/ Checking standards for all working processes of the Quality & improving.
- Manage & Supervise QA team.
- Handle customer complaint and report monthly, keep and enhance customer relationship
- Apply quality methods for risk analysis (FMEA, SixSigma tools, etc.)
Your Skills and Experience
- Male/ or female above 30 years
- University/college graduated, preferable in Industrial Management field
- Knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position in the shoe industry (or plastic industry)
- Customer oriented in footwear and sport shoe industry
- Good in MS Office, very good English communication-skills (German is a plus)
- Problem solving & team work
- Knowledge of Lean system (six sigma is a plus) and Industry quality management
- Experience in footwear production factory is advantage
