Reach/Chemical Compliance Staff (Quality Assurance)
Chemical/Biochemical, QA/QC, Furniture/Wood - Binh Duong

The Job
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
- Ensure the compliance of customer’s requirement
- Plan, perform, and follow up on external and regular internal audits related to chemical compliance.
- Follow up activities related to Companny Chemical/Reach Compliance
- Implement other works as requested by superior and commit to take actions with agreed timelines
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Read/study customer’s specification related to chemical compliance and feedback to Sales if the requirements can be implemented.
- Follow you with relevant departments and external labs to ensure the requirements are tested, verified and complied to customers’ requirements
- Perform the internal compliance audit for relevant departments related to chemical compliance.
- Conduct internal, training when needed.
- Other tasks assigned by Chemical/Reach Compliance Manager
* WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
* Internal:
- SCVN Incoming control for quality of materials.
- SCVN TD for IKEA Pdoc, testing
- SCVN PROC/ R&D/ Sales for Chemical requirement/ compliance.
- SCVN Final Control about quality of finished goods.
* External:
- Contact to external partners (suppliers, sub-contractors, 3rd party institues …) when necessary.
- IKEA/ other customers when needed
* Reporting:
- Superior: Connect & Reach Compliance Manager
- Subordinates: when assigned
Your Skills and Experience
* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
* Must requirement:
- Graduated from university with chemical background
- Excellent in English
- Basic knowledge of chemistry that is relevant to material/ supply chain and prodution.
- Highly interested in reading/studying customer’s specifications related to chemical compliance
- Willing to study new knowledge (bookworm) and work under pressure
- Can-do attitude
- Team player and change motivator
* Important requirement
- Outstanding time management skill
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand and satisfactorily communicate with others in English in person, over the phone and via email
- Excellent knowledge MS office package, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Presentation.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data, reason logically and accurately, and draw valid conclusions
- Structured approach to problem solving
