Customer Care Executive
Customer Service, Electrical/Electronics - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $700- $1000
The Job
PURPOSE
- Handling VOCs and checking calls for consumer products.
- Market study to benchmarkcustomer care activities and customer satisfaction of company & other brands.
- Contributing to monitor service network operations from customers’ voice, in order to ensure the compliance to service’s policies.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. SURVEYS/ VOCS (VOCS: voice of customers)
- Conduct & improve monthly customers surveys (eg. send invitation SMS, collect responses from web survey & home service sheet, summarize and report).
- Collect VOCs and feed back to customers with remarkable VOCs, give prompt response and explanation to customer’s inquiries. Report to superiors or related units for unsolvable/escalate cases.
- Analysing remarkable VOCs, transfer to approriate service units/ PICs to require proper action plans.
2. CHECKING CALLS:
- Performing check calls selected from repair data and special requirements from time to time, to ensure the compliance of service partners to SVC’s regulation and policies
3. BENCHMARKING:
- Performing on site study and market survey to understand customer care activities and customer satisfaction of other brands, reporting the benchmarking to superiors, in order to support to company service improvement plans.
Your Skills and Experience
- University graduated
- Customer Service
- At least 01 year experience in customer service in relevant role
- 25- 30Female
- Good command of English
- Good communication skills.
- Good analysis skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and electronics market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Hard working
- Be attentive and courteous.
- Proactively wording.
