The Company is a famous multinational company in FMCG industry with well known brands in the global & Vietnam Market. In order to dedicatedly support their business agenda, the company is looking for a potential candidate for the following position
Material Planner
Planning/Projects, Purchasing/Supply Chain, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $800 - $1200
The Job
- Ensure Material availability for production, daily communication with suppliers for the deliveries, material issues & improvement Verifying the forecast of material & work with the planning team to support the demand
- Strongly understanding about how the demand flow & negotiate with suppliers to support flexibility of production & the trend of market
- Identify area where material constraint at suppliers & propose the next steps to meet the requirement or limit the impact
- Manage material supply on time for Initiative launch successfully.
- Maintain an optimal inventory for material & lead root cause analysis & action plan to deliver the inventory target
- Evaluate supplier performance
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Logistics Management, or related discipline.
- at least 2 years related experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid understanding of FMCG industry and materials planning is required.
- Good command of English
