National Key Account Manager - Off Premise

The Job

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop Monthly promotional programs based on Company's long term & short term objectives, work with Region Commercial Managers to ensure all aligned. Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results. Discuss and allocate fair resources among channels/regions
  • Customized merchandising different per channel.  Build PicOS per channel. Work with brand team/ marketing team to innitiate new way of merchandising. Negotiate with customers to have best merchandising execution
  • Cold drink focus
  • Customer business analysis/development/management. Half year business review with key customers/ Annual business review with small customers. Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyse/ review customers's volume/ margin
  • Deliver Key Account off premise sales volume. Work closely with Region KA teams to monitor weekly/monly volume. Work with customers to agree on monthly shipment plans. Manage AR
  • Control Key Account off premise DME
  • Build KA team capability both national & regional. Trainings provided to both National & Regional teams. On the job training/coaching. Weekly routines meetings with Region KA teams

Performance Indicator:

  • All programs approved at least 1 month in advance. All Region Commercial Managers are aware of promotion programs and aligned. Customers are aligned on programs and promotion programs can bring sales volume. There is no conflict between channels and regions on promotions
  • Sales reps are clear on what to execute per channel. Different/new concept of display applied for trategic partners. Better display location/ space vs competitors.
  • Cold drink available for most of super/ hyper markets  
  • Customers are agreed on business results and moving strategies. Customers agreed and execute on Joint business plans.
  • Monthly volume target achieved. Monthly shipment plan per each customer are ready to ship. No bad debt.
  • DME spent within approved budget
  • KA Managers are confident and can work directly with customers. Region KA teams know what exactly to execute. Well communicated between National & Regional team

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Master Degree desiable.
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • 8-12 years Sales and/or Marketing experince in FMCG companies. At least 3-4 years in senior management position, especially in Modern Trade Manager position
  • Problem Solving, & fact finding

  • Vietnamese (fluent), English (fluent) for written & verbal
