Project Legal cum Business Development Executive
Arts/Design, Civil/Construction, Consulting, Legal/Contracts, Real Estate - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $2000- $2500
The Job
- Liaise with consultants to prepare legal submission documents and compose the related documents
- Follow up with consultant on the submission process
- Support BDD and project team in preparing the project development brief
- Support design and project team on the design related matters
- Control documents of the post-construction process
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Good knowledge of architectural design regulations
- Good knowledge of real-estate project related laws
- Good experience in getting approval procedures
- Good understanding of real estate market, real estate project development
- Experience: 5 years in similar job
- Education: bachelor in law/architecture/construction
- Good communication skill
- Good command of English
