METHODS OF RECRUITMENT SERVICE

1. Researching - What does the Client want?

Before proposing any solution, we will conduct a thorough evaluation of The Client's current recruitment strategy and goals.

From our discussions with the Client's key personnel we will develop an overview of the company (history, background, environment, etc) and the Job Descriptions and Candidate Profiles. This phase of works enables us to not only correctly assess candidate suitability for the position, but also to present & effectively 'sell' the Client to the prospective candidate in a proper manner.

The phase will help us develop an understanding of

  • The Client's organizational strengths, core competencies and goals & how the Client sees these positions can help achieve these company goals.
  • The Client's recruitment strategy and planned staff requirements.
  • Position description and Recruitment request.
  • The Core competencies required. This helps determine the selection criteria for prospective employees. Our methodology is designed to allow the Client to obtain the greatest amount of relevant information to identify the applicant whose knowledge, skills, and abilities are best suited for the Client's organization.

By the end of this phase of works, clear targets are identified and approximate time scales for the various stages of work will be agreed with the Client.

2. Sourcing - Where are the best candidates?

From the briefing, challenges are identified and an action plan is developed (where custom strategies are needed).

We will design comprehensive sourcing strategies that are both cost-effective and targeted, so that we are communicating with and attracting candidates in the manner most suited for a specific customer's needs.

Custom campaigns can include advertising, database search, web mining, trade fairs, network partners, employee referral programs etc. In place, this is our on-going campaign to maintain a fresh database of candidate resumes. This includes the following tactical steps. Advertisements in the newspapers.

  • Internet postings on our website and on partner sites.
  • Direct Enquiries / Active Search.
  • Network Partners / Sub Agents.

3. Identification - Who are the best candidates?

Based on our in-depth understanding of the Client's company, environment and personalities directly involved with the prospective appointee, we then commence our search.

Our process is to methodically research and analyze the companies, market sectors or other sources that we (together with the client) have identified as being the most likely current locations of our candidates.

In a custom campaign, the search for candidates (where relevant) can be through the various tactics outlined in the custom sourcing strategies.

Screening completes this phase of works and is based on criteria determined through the client brief.

We approach these individuals directly to determine their relevance for the job and their level of interest. At that stage, we then arrange a face-to face interview between the prospective candidate and ourselves. We are seeking those who not only meet with the vacancy specification, but who have established repetitive patterns of accomplishment and success in like positions. Generally this phase of works includes:

  • Executing the approved custom campaign
  • Implementing and managing the sourcing activities
  • Compile master list of resumes
  • Screening candidates. Additionally, specific Client requested tests might be conducted.
  • Reference Checks
  • Short listing of candidates

4. Selection - Who is the best fit?

The short listed candidates will then be presented to the Client and interview schedules are drafted. We will brief the Client's hiring managers by providing full pre-interview information as well as results of agency's interviews

Before the interview we prepare and counsel short listed candidates by spelling out Client's needs, culture, organizational fit, hiring authority, management styles etc. This briefing session helps to prepare the candidate for the interview. This phase of works will include
