1/SVC network management
• Strategic SVC Network & Mapping
• Look for candidates for service center partner
• Set up new service centers: location/decoration
• Terminate service center contract and operation
• Manage service centers to follow up all guidelines; processes from Savina
2/ Provide CS services; Build up and maintain high quality of CS services
• Build up and run customer care programs/ activities
• Survey/analyst and improve customer satisfaction
• CS process operation & innovation
3/Provide soft skill training activities to service centers’ staff
4/Service marketing programs
5/Dealer support activities
• Dealer care programs
• Control product technical return
• Dealer support telephone operator

- Experience in Customer service & Customer satisfaction
- Project management
- Operations improvement management
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration...
Professional skill:
- Numerical, Analytical and Synthetical skill
- Report / Presentation skill
- Vietnamese & English speaking and communication skill
- Leader of department with more than 10 staffs direct and over 500 Technical staffs indirect in a multination organization.
- Good communication & relationship with co-worker
- Detailed analysis & strong management
- Strategy planning, process renovation and initiative
- High responsibility, hardworking and carefulness
