Finance Manager – Partner to Supply Chain Functions

The Job
JOB PURPOSE:
- The Finance Manager in SC Finance Business Partnering (FBP) is to partner with Supply Chain team overall, dedicated to Make ( including Inhoused and third Parties) to deliver the competitive long term cost base via different financial business supports, Investment strategy, Savings, Cost improvements and commercial support in negotiation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Performance management:
Be partner with Make team to build/drive/control production cost of factories, including both 3P and inhouse plants through in year performance. Be involved in the negotiation process with 3P about processing fees.
Provide partnering to all commercial support for SC team in decision making
Capex Investment decision support
WCM CD lead to drive saving program and saving initiatives for manufacturing activities
Quarterly lead Stock count for factories and annually for distribution centers. Verify reports for variances and have follow up for compensation payment or scrap factor adjustment
Provide support to control and audit related matters for factory
2. Strategic planning:
• In charge of long-term plan and Annual target setting of Production cost
3. Projects/ad-hoc business requests:
• Project based to support SC overall for decision support
• Support with ad-hoc requests for business engagement with regional SC teams
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Economic (Finance & Accounting). ACCA/CIMA or other equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- A minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting/ Finance is required and at least 2 years at manager level.
- Professional and strong knowledge of International and Vietnam Accounting Standard, taxation and regulations.
- Solid experience/ understanding in management information, business analysis, cost management and key control frameworks are essential.
- Has very good command of written & spoken English.
- Good interpersonal, influencing skills and self-motivated
