Finance Manager – Supply Chain Functions

The Job
JOB PURPOSE:
- Being a part of Vietnam Supply Chain Management team. Support the business in defining a KPI framework and delivering strategic plan. Ensure transparency on cost & cost drivers of the Supply Chain through cost management (COGS, OPEX, and CAPEX) as well as identify risks & savings potential. Provide overall leadership for the period end results, preparation of forecasts, annual operating plan, along with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting. Build business cases and provide insightful recommendations in line with company growth direction and business goals.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Financial & Control & Management Information:
- Manage financial information for Lubricants Supply Chain business. Ensure timely and accurate information submitted / provided.
- Manage T&R planning process for the OU and detailed operational plan together with local operation team.
- Ensure proper controls / disciplines on Financial, Control and Governance. Provide professional consultation to Supply Chain team in related to these areas.
- Owner of controls – Inventory, Fixed Assets, Month-end closing.
Performance management & Analysis:
- Manage Supply Chain business from Financial & Analysis perspective.
- Monitor and make use of LSC KPIs to provide professional advice to Supply Chain
- Operational team in managing performance result against the targets. Challenge existing process to move towards operational excellence
- Monitor and control of Opex and Capex budget. Challenge for continuous improvement on cost management.
- Manage working capital – stock days, obsolete and excess stock
- Professional support on financial analysis and business analysis to assist Supply Chain team to maximize business opportunities and enable the team to operate at the lowest cost of supply.
- Take ownership on Lubricants Product Cost – COGS analysis and projections, effective communication to OU/Cluster sales and marketing movement of product cost.

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Economic (Finance & Accounting). ACCA/CIMA or other equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- A minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting/ Finance is required. Overseas training/experience is advantage
- Professional and strong knowledge of International and Vietnam Accounting Standard, taxation and regulations.
- Solid experience/ understanding in management information, business analysis, cost management and key control frameworks are essential.
- Has very good command of written & spoken English.
- Good interpersonal, influencing skills and self-motivated
