Head of Leasing - Expat
Banking, Finance/Investment, Real Estate - Ho Chi Minh

The Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Managing Director and Director of Commercial Assets to propose business strategyand oversee the leasing management of commercial components (e.g office building, retail) for a portfolio of integrated projects in prime location in Ho Chi Minh City, including but not limited to:
o Tenant attraction strategy
o Tenant management and retaining tenants
o Setting of rental targets and strategy
o Hiring of brokers
- Work/ manage team to coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the strategy is carried out as planned.
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
- Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace
- Drive overall organization health sustainability agenda, including:
o Build a high performing team
o Training, coaching, mentoring and appraisal of employees
Your Skills and Experience
- Deep knowledge in commercial assets and leasing with at least 5years’ regional experience in Real Estate & Commercial Leasing and 2 years in director level position with P&L responsibilities
- MBA from reputable institutions preferred
- Good connection with regional office/retail tenants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and selling skills
- Excellent leadership skills for team work, resolve conflicts and motivate team
- High level of responsibility, creativity and ability to withstand work pressure
