The Job

    1. Talent Management

  • Work with Partners to select right talents at right job and right pay to organization;
  • Facilitate on-boarding process to provide total experience to newcomers;
  • Support Partners for Top Talent identification process & development action plan within timeline;
  • Support Partners to ensure appropriated biz objectives cascaded from Top to Bottom within timeline;
  • Support Partners to ensure professionalism in performance management cycle.

    2. Employee Engagement

  • Deploy focused group discussions to understand employees’ insights and drive engagement action plan;
  • Facilitate functional activities to ensure 2-ways communications & engagement level;
  • Maximize recognition programs for accomplishment celebrations and fun environment;
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to implement annual employee events & entertainment activities.

    3. Organization Development

  • Review Organization design: Headcount Planning, Working Process, Job Scope and R&R for productivity & efficiency;
  • Coordinate with Partners & Project Owners to ensure right roles, communications, change management & conflict handling for biz projects/organization transformation.

    4. Capability Building

  • Collaborate with Business Partners & Technical Trainer (if any) to identify core functional skills for future success;
  • Work with Learning Champion to promote & implement learning culture within organization.

    

Your Skills and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor (University level)
  • HR and/or Business majors
  • 3-5 relevant experience
  • Mature, self-driven & willingness to make step changes for organization and people development;
  • Good sense of business acumen & ability to learn new things;
  • Good analytical thinking, innovative & informed decision makings;
  • Ability to connect & build social engagement with people across level;
  • Solid understanding about labor law, political savvy & employee relations practices are preferred
