The Job

Key responsibilities	Outcomes
Legal Affair	Support in contracts review, drafting, stamping and negotiation with related parties. Fill the hardcopy of signed contracts received by PIC
	Provide legal consultation for business activities upon receipt of request. Check and get confirmation from local authority if necessary
	Check new regulations and keep related PIC updated (incl. update new import tariff every year)
	Review or draft power of attorney, writing correspondences to outside and translate legal documents if necessary
	Prepare the notarized copy of company license/ Investment certificate and Company logo/product logo to provide any department in demand (periodically have many copies certified by the Notary Office to make sure the notarized copy available when needed)
	Check Bank Guarantee: Check content of BG draft to make sure there's no unreasonable requirements from the bank before confirming to dealer/bank to issue the BG
	Support in MKT Promotion Campaign: (Promotion requires sending notice) To be window person between Mark/Sale and Agency - Check promotion docs & receive feedback from authority - (Promotion requires license) Check promotion docs. - Review, draft promotion terms & conditions - Keep feedback/license issued by authority
	Revise SEV License: - Prepare and submit application to authority and then follow up until completion. -Liaise and coordinate with consultant in case of using consulting agency
Window person for legal report of SEV	Be a window person for police/market surveillance to check product information: - Receive request from police/market surveillance regarding the information/origin/import declaration/invoice of products at request - Collect necessary documents from related departments and provide to police/market surveillance
	Generate quarterly, half year and Yearly report to DPI about the operation status of SEV
	Generate yearly report to MOIT about the import/export/distribution activities of the SEV (in Jan.)
	Produce report at request of authority sometimes (2-3 times/year)
	Produce monthly report to Regional Legal Office (RLO)
Compliance	Review compliance form/application (AB & AML)
	Provide advice on compliance queries/matter
	Review/proceed to adopt revised compliance policy
	Produce quarterly Compliance report to Regional Legal Office (RLO)
	Other support as request by RLO
Staff supervision & Other tasks	Manage and train other legal staffs

Your Skills and Experience

Education: University
Experience (Year/s): 5 years & above in Legal and Compliance field
Foreign Language: English: Advanced
Knowledge: Deep knowledge in legal of Enterprises & Investment regulations, Trading & Tax regulations, Import-export regulations, as well as know well compliance
Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office: Power point, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet
Other requirements : Communicative, Integrity, Strong and Honest
