Main Purpose:
Facilitate the OD process and drive OD initiatives including Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Communication, Employer branding, etc
Key accountabilities
Talent Management
- Facilitate talent management process to ensure continued growth and successful achievement of business objectives, provide analysis of the talent status and exposure activities for the talents.
- Drive and deploy training and development programs and process including needs analysis, training plan, program delivery and evaluation to reduce competency gaps
- Design , execute the strategy and processes for learning and development. Provide leadership for interventions which build organizational capability and create a learning organization
- Facilitate Performance management process for the whole Company
Internal communication - Employee engagement
- Design, drive and communicate the strategy for employee relations across Company and work with business partners for consistent high performance in Employee relations
- Implement and execuse employee engagement initiatives and culture building programs across Company
- Faciliate employee engagement activities
Employment branding
- Use external and internal resources in the development of communication strategies for employment branding activities and initiatives
Consultancy
- Promote the visibility of the OD function throughout the organization and act as internal consultant to provide consultancy based on specific requests
