Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer
Oil/Gas, Sales, Sales Technical - Ho Chi Minh

The Job
- Solutioning support:
- Provide product training and demonstration regularly
- Support localisation of marketing tools, such as sales kit, Genre Presentation, external communication, creation print samples.
- Genre Solutioning support thru presentation and explanation to customer site and via phone.
- Product & software testing and comparison.
- Support strategic partners thru presales activities that lead to sales closure
2. Provide 2nd tier support for partners /Users
- Provide support to all customers on Epson Solutions (bundle software only) via telephone and on site
3. Technical advisory to Sales team:
- Providing critical information from daily support and translate to useful marketing information
- Compile and dissect technical information and fill gaps for PM team to address and resolve
- Providing valuable market demands and trending to Sales team
Your Skills and Experience
- Graduated from well-known university majoring in electrical engineering, computer engineering.
- Highly-motivated, striving for excellence, results driven and hands-on digital professional with 5 years of Experience in Printing Industry, Experience in Large format printers and Prepress related experience.
- Familiar with ink jet technology
- Familiar using Photoshop and other design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Ability to speak well in the seminar or to give presentation.
- In-depth knowledge about colour (colour management) and supporting equipment’s
- Interpersonal relationships skills
- Presentation skills
- Customer oriented
- Creative.
- Proficient in the below language:-
- Written : English , Vietnamese
- Spoken : English , Vietnamese and Mandarin
