Procurement Manager
Electrical/Electronics, Purchasing/Supply Chain - Ho Chi Minh

The Job
- Execute purchasing goods and service on behalf of divisions
- Timely placement of purchase orders
- Build and implement purchasing best practices and policy
- Ensure purchasing in compliance to company rules, group compliance regulations
- Work in model of high ethical behavior
- Get best deal for highest quality goods and services at lowest cost with the mindset to keep company reputation and profits
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company
- Ensure purchasing contract comply to legal
- Solve cost, quality and delivery issues. Manage related risks
- Maintain and review records of goods bought, costs, deliveries
- Do periodical review and evaluation of vendors
- Manage purchasing data, profile, document and assist to division on reporting cost of purchasing, related forecast and budget
- Study market trend, products to understand for purchasing requirements
- Continuous improvement of purchasing process in line with company needs and market condition
- Maintain networking to have good sources of vendors/suppliers
Your Skills and Experience
- BS degree in Business Management
- At least 8+ year experience in same position at international company
- Knowledgeable in various procurement/purchasing processes and tools
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good business acumen
- Good knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Excellent leadership, organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to co-ordinate and influence to PIC at division to get job done
- Have wide network to identify potential vendors
- Good computer skill. English fluency
