The Job
JOB PURPOSE:
- Currently we have more than 700 contracted staffs who are working at stores to improve Company share, maximize Company brand image, and report market situation.
- This position is to organize and control all promoters and Field Forces in all Vietnam and maximize Company’s sales, profit and brand image throughout operational excellency.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Review store wise promotion in each stores and allocate promoters correctly. Hire necessary head counts.
- Set-up target and Bonus for promoters and Field Forces and review.
- Check and control cost of head counts and any activities related to promoters and Field Forces.
- Collect market information from Promoters and Field forces to make proper Feedback to SEV management and related division.
- Check and review working schedule for promoter and Field Forces.
- Make and organize proper training plan for promoters.
- Solve any issues for promoters facing trouble.
- Manage report from promoters and Field Forces.Make report to management.
Your Skills and Experience
- Education : Universicty
- Education Major: Marketing, Economic, Trade preferable
- Experience (Year/s):
- At least 03 years of experience in strategic marketing, prefer in Business Field.
- Have experience of managing sales team / group.
- Have experience of controlling BGT
- Foreign language: English: Advanced
- Skills and abilities:
- Presentation and training skills, customer relation, teamwork & organization.
- Strong communication, having ability to train to the trainers & product influencers.
- Leadership & management skill is priority.
- Good relationship with others in open-minded.
- Convincing skill is strongly required to overcome the challenges.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of managing team.
- Computer skills : Good MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Data analysis)
- Other requirements : High self-learning skill
