The Job

1. Budgets and Business Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer business plans to deliver annual operating plan withintrade investmentbudget.
  • Practice Revenue Management to manage Trade Spend,Pack/Price Mix at assigned customers in harmony with Company’s policies andprocedures.
  • Influence Company’s plans and tools to meet needs of customers
  • Manage and develop all sales fundamentals (Distribution, Display, Shelf, Price, andPromotion.)
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new customers) & develop PFVC products in new accounts

2. Category Management:

  • Provide customers with Category Expertise and makes account specific recommendations for all business segments.
  • Provide timely information and category priorities with Retailers in addition to consolidating and reporting on retail feedback on executional issues and opportunities.
  • Develop the pack size mix to create the most suitable pack for Modern trade channel.
  • Manage the pricing structure to ensure avoiding the channel conflict.
  • Cooperate with Trade Marketing to develop POSM for MT by providing insights of customers and categoryand giving feedback on how to design tools with branding enhancement and products display.

3. Customer Management:

  • Lead annual negotiation with all MT customers in national wide of Vietnam
  • Develop business plan and keep updated an account plan to the Company standard 
  • Actively seek for solutions to optimize customer service levels and efficiency inorder to minimize delivery cost
  • Use all internal sources to understand and leverage customer strategies to successfully sell business initiatives
  • Periodically review with customers to build good relationship and keep track of business situation

4. Build organization capability:

  • Set objectives, assess performance & provide feedback to team as PMP
  • Provide recognition & discipline to the team
  • Manage and enhance capability of AM nationwide to make sure they can meet short and long term business plan
  • Create a motivating and rewarding work environment
  • Monitor staff turnover and provide action plan to solve such problem.
  • Lead problem solving and address team issue

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

Key Skills/Experience Required – specific education/certification, specific functional experience, language etc NEEDED for the job.  Please note that this is not necessarily the incumbent’s personal background.

  • University graduation
  • At least 4 years experiences in Modern management, preferably in FMCG, specially at least 4 years directly deal Trading terms with key customers or knowledge all kinds of customers as CVS, Independent... Have deep experience and knowledge in listing new SKUs to supermarket.
  • Strong in Customer Business Management, Program Execution Management, Direct Sales, Merchandising, Pricing & Packaging Strategy
  • Good at negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead core initiatives
  • Good English and office computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Coaching skills, flexibility, knowledge and strong leadership skills.
