The Job

Role:

  • Ensure excellent execution of “Account Business Plan” at every Point of Purchase (store level) to win shoppers at every Point of Purchase and to provide timely and productive support for Location team in terms of execution
  • Centralized Local accounts management do achieve business objectives, from business/pricing/promotion planning to investment strategy & monitoring, and support Locations for contract negotiation and sign-off for big Local accounts.

Accountabilities:

In-store execution:

  • Define picture of success for in-store execution
  • Develop span of control of in-store teams (blue force) (frequency of visit, time to serve each visit), training plan, C&B package, incentives scheme etc
  • In charge of IT tool to manage Blue Force & execution result
  • Manage 3PL – outsource service provider for Blue Force management
  • Ensure flawless in-store execution via location team (MTM/MTE): briefing standard of execution, training for team, providing on the job training, providing timely supports to Location for in-store execution.
  • Ensure the achievement of execution scorecards
  • Frequent field market visit to improve in-store execution via “working with” local teams and/or Customer Development team

Account management

  • Develop investment strategy/framework for Local accounts and build budget for these Local accounts and ensure cascading information to Local team
  • Develop specific standards for pricing, merchandising range, promotions activities for local accounts to enhance brand image and deliver business objectives via directly handling big customers and via location team for other local customers
  • Develop, sell, and execute effective CDAs with big local accounts as defined by Company
  • Develop initiatives in big local accounts to improve the business performance
  • Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned and align to support Location team
  • Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field
  • Monitor & control Budget of Local accounts, monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary
  • Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard for local accounts
  • Ensure fast support to location team for Local account management
  • Ensure fast solution for smooth operation when there is changes from customers or from Company: payment, supply chain

Other tasks is assigned by MT Director

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • BA degree in any disciplines, major in Economics/ Commerce/ Marketing are preferred.
  • Good knowledge & understanding of Modern Trade channel
  • At least 05 years of relevant experiences in FMCG
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership, being proactive and result-oriented
  • Able to go on business trip frequently
  • Good command of English (both verbal and writing) & computer skills
