Supply chain Finance Business Partner Assistant Manager
Finance/Investment, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh

The Job
- Lead financial forecasting, budget management and performance management across Supply chain (Material, Production, and Logistic).
- Drive saving program and saving initiatives for Supply Chain/manufacturing activities
- Delivered a sustainable improvement in business performance (cost optimization, Gross margin improvement,...).
- Be the Finance Partner and co-ordinate with cross-functional team to provide timely support in delivering short/long term business goal.
- Lead modelling and provide various insightful financial analytical to identify R&O, highlight the key drivers to stakeholders for decision making
- Participate in negotiations with third party manufacturers, providing input to operation team on ideal processing fee and compensation.
- Simplified and strengthen the third party management process (payment, budgeting, controlling...).
- Be partners with BB Finance/ Financial Accounting teams and Supply Chain team to support with Category information (like BOM, cost components, cost drivers...) and with the Supply Chain agenda (SLOB reduction/ Stock week cover reduction; SiT verification etc.)
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in a business fields such as accounting, banking, finance, business and/or economics
- At least 3 years of experiences in management accounting/finance analyst for Supply chain functions of FMCG/Manuafacturing company
- Strong Analytical skill
- Good Communication & Influencing skill
- Good Inter-personal Skills
- Advanced MS Excel Office and Power Point
- Fluent in English
- Be able to work under pressure and dealing with complexity
