Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Human Resources, Pharmaceutical/Biotech, FMCG - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: VND 18 mio - 24 mio
The Job
1. Implement recruitment activities for Southern region at levels of Supervisory & below (40%)
• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, career sites, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions based on business needs
• Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring members and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies.
• Implement screening interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
• Do offering process for successful hiring aligned with Recruitment policy
• Follow-up with on-boarding program & probationary review for new employees.
• Coordinate in recruitment tracking report with accurate & efficient data
2. Develop & manage candidate data as assigned/ targeted function (15%)
• Develop & maintain candidate source channel/ network in relevant industry/ business expertise
• Manage candidate pool and ensure up-to-date data
3. Manage Company career site administration and Employee Central System – Recruitment Module (15%)
• Overall administer, manage & update the site information, activities & application process
• Monitor and coordinate with Vendors/ Region to resolve the system issue as needed
• Prepare reporting of application, visit, view to identify the improvement opportunities
4. Support in employer branding activities (30%)
• Support for employer brand campaigns throughout the year including all fresh recruitment program (Internship/ Fresher program) and campus activities
• Coordinate to maintain networking with Professional Associations, targeted universities and relevant partners to promote Company employment opportunities to talent groups
Your Skills and Experience
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Economics or related field
• Certification(s) / License(s): Competency Based Interview Training & Development
• Minimum 4 -year experience in Talent Acquisition Supervisor
• Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
• Effective & influencing communication, presentation skills
