The Job

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking care Home Electronics Products as Product Marketing with full responsibilities.
  • Understand well current and future market demand; Have creative approaching ways to target customer;
  • Generate effective action plan to enhance brand and drive sales target as well.
  • Well knowledge of all in-charged products, being able to train promoter and end-user.
  • Analyse market/sales data for mid-term/yearly target, do monthly koro/seihain and target setting for particular segment of in-charged products.
  • Good communication internally and externally.
  • Handle marketing related tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

DUTIES DESCRIPTION

1. Communicate with RHQ/HQ (Region Head Quarter in Singapore/ Head Quarter in Tokyo) Product Marketing and understand in charge product, feature, technology to communicate it to sales, promoters, customers; working with trainers for sales talk as well as training to promoters

  • In order to (achieve what results): ensure Product key selling points, features, message be understood and deliver properly to related parties.

2. Understand market by Often go to shop-front to monitor in-charge product display, sales, POP, promoters, and competitors for proposing action plan

  • In order to (achieve what results): deliver Display/SKU guideline to sales team, SDS; explain to Sales/ Promoter and related parties to deploy them to shop-front. Regulary checking whether they could maintain them well

3. Maintain weekly PSI, report weekly Sell out and submit Sales Forecast by often review model mix, pricing, reflect latest market and competitors' situation

  • In order to (achieve what results):
    PSI -> to make sure supply not shortage nor redundant by checking stand D/S
    Sell out monitoring: understand latest market situation and take action

4. Follow up and collaborate with Marcom/Sales for launching new Product

  • In order to ensure that launching new product sucessfully

5. Propose & Follow up seasonal advertisement and promotion campaign

  • In order to (achieve what results): have effective promotion and to get sales result as high as possible

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Age range: 25 -32
  • University with Bachelor of Economics/ Marketing, Business Administration is preferable
  • English: Advanced
  • Presentation, Excel at Advanced level
  • Planning, Communication & Problem Solving Skills
  • Knowledgeable in Electronics field
  • Strong knowledge of Poduct Marketing
  • At least 2 years in Product Marketing related field
  • Dynamic, business mind 
  • Good communication skill, ability to mix with all types of people.
  • Ability to set direction and drive different partners to follow that direction
  • Ability to empower/ motivate persons to work in proper manner.
  • Ability work independently (PLAN – DO – CHECK – ACTION) as well as team work 
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Excellent analysis and working with figure/ number.
  • Quick catch-up in Marketing Trends
  • Able to learn & train new product/ technology
  • Patient, challenging
