Dealer Care Executive
Customer Service, Electrical/Electronics - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $900- $1500
The Job
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting & reporting VODs (voice of dealers) from dealer’s visit and other channels.
- Supporting dealers for the issues relating to service policies and operation.
- Contributing to monitor service network operations from dealers’ voice, in order to ensure the compliance of ASCs to service’s policies.
DUTIES DESCRIPTION:
1. SURVEY/VODS (VODS: voice of dealers):
- Visit dealers frequently for VODs collecting & fact finding.
- Collect VODs from different, give prompt response and explanation to dealers’ inquiries. Report to superiors or related units for unsolvable/escalate cases.
- Analysing remarkable VODs, transfer to approriate service units/ PICs to require proper action plans.
- Checking for the service perfomance and compliance from dealers’ voice.
2. DEALERS SUPPORT:
- Supporting dealers for the issues relating to service policies and operation
3. BENCHMARKING:
- Performing on site study and market survey to understand dealer care activities and service operation at dealer of other brands, reporting the benchmarking to superiors, in order to support to Company service improvement plans.
KPIs:
- Understand dealers' voice
- Improve dealers' satisfaction to service performance.
- Make sure that dealers can be supported timely by approriate PIC
- Understand the service level of electronics brands, from dealers' point of view
Your Skills and Experience
- Age range: 22-28
- Education level : University Graduation
- Education Major: Business Administration
- Foreign language: English: Advance
- Computer skills : Microsolf Office
- Soft skills : Good communication & problem solving skills.
• Good analysis skills. - Knowledge: Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and electronics market.
- Working experience: At least 02 year experience in customer service
- Other requirement : Hard working,Be attentive and courteous,Proactively working and Love travelling
