Job summary: to do a consultative role to Chief HR Officer on all HR matters.
1. To ensure that approved policies and procedures are disseminated in timely manner, are consistently implement, administered throughout the company and adherence to overall department objectives.
2. To analyse the data and give solution on related to HR matters.
3. To advise Chief HR Officer to monitor all activities: recruitment, placement, transfer, selection of personnel.
3. Assist Chief HR Officer to direct the staff training and development function ensuring that all training needs are appropriately met.
4. To advise for providing or extending the relevant document of Expatriates such as visa, work permit, temporary residence card, etc.
5. To assist Chief HR Officer to control C&B, co-ordinate for staff performance appraisals, salary increments and promotion activities.
6. Assist Chief HR Officer to prepare reports and provides detailed statistical and data analysis related to special projects and assignments, as well as activities of the assigned unit.
7. Establishes and maintains confidential files and records, performs administrative tasks such as data entry, writing and distribution of correspondence and other documents.
8. May acts as backup for other in HR Department.
9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
