Automation Specialist
Automotive, Industrial Products - Binh Duong
Salary: $1000 - $2500
The Job
General Purpose of the Position
- Improvement of productivity and quality of products with the implementation and improvement of Automation, ensure that all robots, PLC's and peripheral equipment are operating properly and safely
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective implementation of Automation and automated processes in plastic production
- Implement and follow up new standards, concepts and solutions for automation
- Understands and coordinates programming, optimizes motion profiles, and programs new jobs on initial run.
- Proactively monitors operations for potential automation failures and assists and instructs operators or other workers in machine setup and operation.
- Works with suppliers and equipment manufacturers on technical support issues (Robot and automation equipment), quotes, spare parts, service, …
- Assist in engineering development, implementation, follow-up, and any required operator or technical training for assigned projects.
Your Skills and Experience
Job Requirement
- Graduated from university/college (automation field)
- At least 3 years work experience as a automation engineer in a factory
- Experience with writing operational procedures, documentation systems and project management.
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing operations, setup, control and adjustment of automation.
- Knowledge and understanding of best engineering practices for design of automation systems, robot setup, human-machine interface software, PLC programming, relay controls etc.
- Working knowledge of test equipment/diagnostic instruments, troubleshooting and repair techniques for automation systems.
- Working experience with: sensors, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic controls.
- Working experience with the injection machines, plastic processing (is a plus)
- Proficient computer skills and good communication in English
- Sps programming
- Experience with 3-achs robots
- Experience with 6-achs robots
- Experience with robot programming/teaching
- Experience with robot components (gripper, sucker)
- Robot commisioning
- CAD experience
- Systematic design of robotgripper
