Commercial Finance Manager

The Job
Main purpose:
- The role of this position is to ensure the optimal balance of Revenue, Volume, and Profit. This is achieved by identifying and addressing business opportunities through Pack Price Process, mixed management, Trade Spend Management.
Accountabilities:
1. Secure Revenue Strategy within the Vietnam System
- Translate the Commercial AOP into quarterly (Pack Price, mixed management, Trade Spend Management)
- Lead market diagnostics, analytics and apply learnings from best practices to actively manage the Revenue-Volume-Profit balance.
- Steer Trade Spend Optimization through ROI analysis – drive effectiveness & efficiency
- Develop a mixed management plan, based on a thorough understanding of Net Revenue Realization, Marginal Contribution & Trade Margins, by SKU and Region/ Channel
2. Own Revenue Management Process
- Own processes to guarantee, support & validate execution of the Revenue Plan at MU level.
3. Transfer Operating Capabilities
- Facilitate RSM understanding in RM methods and processes.
- Comply with the CU resources on Best Practice information tool development and support the organization in local customization and implementation of these tools
4. Own Pricing Committee process/ operation
- Own process/ operation of Pricing Committee, including collect market intelligence specifically on pack price and consolidate with recommendation for pricing/ trade promotion quarterly.
Your Skills and Experience
- University graduation, major in Finance/ Business Administration
- At least 3 years of working experiences at equivalent role, or 5 years in Finance Planning, prefer in FMCG
- Good understanding of Sales/ Commercial system is preferred
- Good at analytical, presentation, negotiation skill
- Good at English (verbal & writing)
- Excellent in computer (Excel, Power Point)
