Commercial Manager
FMCG - International
Salary: $4.500 - $5.500
The Job
Main Purpose
- Lead planning, development and implementation of all operational activities for the Foods and business of the company covering sales, distribution, supply, key account operations and revenuemanagement.
- Build PCPPI and Benby sales capability to respond efficiently to changing customer and tradelandscape.
Accountabilities
- The accountabilities listed below are in the context of a Franchise-Owned Business Operations (FOBO) organization operating in the Philippines.
Sales & Marketing
- Lead Snacks and Nutrition Marketing and Sales/Ops agenda to deliver SBP and AOP strategictargets
- Own food and beverage capability building withPCPPI
- Own all Benby sales and distribution strategic imperatives including flawless sales and marketing and SNOP execution to deliver primary and secondarysales
- Partner and collaborate with snacks and nutrition category development teams to support the globaland regional marketing and innovation and regional marketingagenda.
People Management
- Cultivates passion and excitement around shared goals and empowers the team to achieve targets through new business opportunities and relevantprojects
- Leads the development of the Snacks and Quaker marketing managers and building talent by leveraging critical experiences and stretch assignments while ensuring the appropriate work structure and process to ensure sales performancesustainability
GCS
- As a process owner for Order to Cash, lead the GCS agenda in accordance with Accountability model by building GCS capability, ensuring robust risk assessment, quarterly GCS testing by Control Owners.
Your Skills and Experience
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Universitydegree
- Minimum of 8 years extensive sales experience with some marketing experience in an FMCG environment, with a minimum of 5 years managerialexperience
- Worked closely with top customers/ clients; With key accounts and traditional tradeexperience
- Experience in demand and supply planning and customermarketing
- Thorough understanding of the Philippine market- attuned to customer and consumerinsights
- Planning and analytical skills- Strong strategic direction skills and can apply the data derived from consumer insightsresearch
- Managing Others- people management/ development and able to influence others forbuy-in
- Understanding of the business, including the various levers (i.e. Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing)by working together towards achieving the samegoal
- Networking and Wiring, Negotiations, BusinessDevelopment
- Working Location: Phill, Malaysia
