Communications Manager

The Job
- Be responsible for strategic development and execution of internal & external communications functions, including corporate branding, project branding & communications (Residential, Retail, Office).
- Managing the creation, execution and tracking of all communications activities, including Advertising, PR, event, Digital & Social media.
- Developing marketing/communication materials and create content to extend communication messages accurately and consistently.
- Working sales & project team to identify project goals; leverage the most effective communication platforms to drive awareness and generate leads
- Working with agency partners to develop collateral materials, including design and content, to support brand initiatives
Your Skills and Experience
- Have understanding and knowledge of industry trends; public relations; effective, contemporary marketing methods and techniques using online and offline channels
- Critical thinking with strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly – and be able to elicit the most important/relevant information to convey new, original, creative but also practical marketing contents and ideas
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Creative thinker with proven campaign experience
- Strong planning, organization and time-management skills with a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 3 years of relevant experience in field
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is required
