The Job
Job description:
- To provide periodical reports for management reporting and reviews (monthly financial reports to internal and external).
- Oversee and monitor cost accounting systems to ensure that accounting and cost accounting compliance.
- To ensure that accounting systems / company accounts are implied to Vietnamese accounting standards and followed Corporate Group Policy.
- Review and make suggestion to improve financial policies, control systems and processes & ERP implementation support
- Support to create, monitor and follow up all processes are implemented correctly in the company.
- Support related departments to provide financial information and set-up the budget
- Other controlling tasks (Sales forecast planning, utilization reports, …)
Your Skills and Experience
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma in business administration, business Accounting or similar.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field and have knowledge about international/Vietnamese accounting standards and cost accounting
- Experience in Audit of account (worked in Audit companies, special Big 4 is a plus)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- IT/Database tools knowledge
- Preferable age between 21 – 30
- English proficiency (German knowledge is an advantage)
- Business travel is required to a certain extend
