The Job
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Corporate Retail Manager will be responsible for the affiliate’s overall retail channel strategy to grow our footprint and market share, and drive operational excellence across all of our Brands. As lead for retail management, person needs to identify and prioritize our corporate retail strategies according to what is most relevant in the market. Will lead the brands in successfully building out their individual strategies and roadmap for expansion, oversee builds of our retail stores to ensure best quality executions, work with brands on retail operations best practices, while ensuring we keep true to the identity and culture of each of our individual brands.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
FY20 Priorities:
1) Responsible for overall retail channel strategy to grow footprint and market share, with strong focus on Tier 2 cities/areas
2) Develop roadmap for distribution expansion and mapping out locations for future projects to increase consumer coverage and gain market share, including, sourcing of location, managing space negotiation and retrofitting
3) Successful implementation and achievement of sales plan for assigned business models (e.g. BBC model, IR expansion), monitor results and take immediate action where needed
4) Successful implementation of new business models (e.g. BBC model, IR expansion, FSS/FSF, Corp Store) including, strong collaboration with retail partners and/or, other department, and brands team
5) Lead the brands in key retail operations projects with a set of guidelines and KPIs. Ensure there is consistency in retail practices where applicable and relevant
6) Standardize, optimize and be the main point of contact for the ROS, collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation and leverage on this capability to improve retail efficiencies.
7) Collaborate with Brands, APDC and IP in improving build capabilities, optimizing construction costs, design and quality of execution across projects and across phases – new, renovation and maintenance
8) Review sales and education structures and capabilities across brands, business models and geographies to ensure we maximize resources/demo productivity well and function in the most efficient way
