Data Processing Senior Officer

Salary: $900- $1200
The Job
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working with business users to produce excel based reports with complexity of functions (drill down by dimensions, trend, pie, column, stack, water fall charts…).
2. Maximum utilize Excel PowerPivot to produce excel based reports.
3. Develop automation tools by using excel VBA or any Microsoft programming languages to support Sales admin team does the collection data and convert to appropriate data, reports before deadline.
4. Implement security mechanism to secure excel base reports.
5. Enhance the performance and lighten excel base reports.
6. Working closely with local Information Technology team sort out the data, build up central database, cubes for reporting purposes.
7. Working closely with regional Application teams to deploy or produce new excel base reports
Your Skills and Experience
- University with Bachelor of Marketing/Economics/IT ect...
- Good command of writing & verbal English.
- Excel: Advanced
- Good command of Word and Power Point
- Good communications skills,
- Good problem solving skills, planning skills
- Analytical approach.
- Had knowledge at MS SQL for data warehouse management and development
- Advanced knowledge at any MS programming languages for application development that support output to reports
- Basic or Advanced knowledge in Power BI for develop and public reports.
- At least 2 years in Database and MS Excel relevant works and/or experience in data analysis.
- Had leadership and Experience in project management
- Proven ability to develop and implement complex solutions for data analysis.
