Ecommerce Logistics & Operations Manager

The Job
- Set up processes and streamline operations to support end-to-end solution from order to delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operations of direct to consumer product delivery and all other processes that ensure consumer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to allocate revenue for P&L reconciliations.
- With support of our external partners, you will manage all customer service operations (Quality, AHT, Productivity) to ensure exceptional service to all callers, cost per call, and consumer satisfaction.
- Product return and reverse logistics (incl. payments): For unfulfilled deliveries (due to inventory mismatch, out of stock, quality, order complaint etc.) create processes that will enable Company to refund consumers when necessary.
- You will play a key role in tracking and reporting on key metrics that will help guide key business decision at the highest levels of our organization.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field
- Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese both spoken and written.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferable with experience in Online Retail or FMCG industry.
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese eCommerce platforms, underlying (back-end) systems and business models
Strong data driven analytical skills, coupled with strong marketing foundation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding with both bricks-and-mortar and online retailing
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Uses technology to solve inefficiencies or create more consumer value.
- A proven track record in achieving set objectives.
- Strong desire to continually improve work processes and systems
- Outstanding team player with substantial collaboration skills
