The Job

Role:

  • Define and develop a holistic EVP strategy, then activation strategy together with Line Manager based on strong and solid insights of target groups (Fresh Graduates, Mid-Career, Internal Employees)
  • Act as champion/ guardian of all fresh Programme from end to end process

MAIN ACCOUTABILITIES:

Fresh Graduates:

  • Develop E2E EB strategy based on provided market intelligence and insights, in alignment with global and regional guideline.
  • Own, monitor and innovate company flagship EB programs including fresh program and others. Lead E2E from planning, attraction, selection and development.
  • Leverage existing partnership with key universities and student-run organizations and continue to raise the bar.
  • Optimize digital marketing and social media (Facebook, digital, career website) for talent attraction & acquisition.

Professional Level: Gain insights and work with recruitment team / senior stakeholders on talent attraction activities for Mid-career. Ensure landing activities for Mid-career in the year with clearly defined measurements/ KPIs.

Internal Employees:

  • Gain insights and work with HR team/ senior stakeholders on engagement activities for internal employees. Ensure landing agreed activities for internal employees in the year with measurements/ KPIs.

Other

  • Always-on market intelligence and insights
  • Plan and innovate Employer Branding activation agenda
  • Facilitate with relevant providers to run EOC surveys to measure EB and its ROI 
  • Manage media and activation agencies to ensure excellence in EB strategy.
  • Build and monitor Talent budget.
  • Be the Line Manager of HR FRESH to build own leadership capabilities.
  • Be the SME on EB so that other HR members can ask for guidance and support on relevant matters.
  •  Be contact point of HR team and work with global/ regional team to land EB projects.

  • Excellent communication skills, both on communication campaign design level but also interpersonally

  • English

Relevant Experience the person should have:

  • Strong insights of different groups of target audience (Fresh, Mid-Career, internal employees)
  • Experience in Employer Branding, campaign activation

MAIN CAPABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • One part strategist: being able to define strategic EB solutions rooted from strong insights and understanding of market intelligence
  • One part campaign / project manager: defining a great and impactful action plan 
  • One part deployment and services lead: continuously monitoring and managing processes, driving improvement and simplification
  • Be a connector: understand, share, communicate, consult, engage, work with and through others
  • Be corporate brand ambassador: driving strong corporate brands, inspiring other as brand ambassadors
  • Business acumen
  • Pragmatic can-do attitude to get things delivered on the ground, including the ability to make choices whilst keeping stakeholders engaged
