The Company has established in 2012 with around 200 Employees in Vietnam. In order to dedicatedly support their business agenda, the company is looking for a potential candidate for the following position
General Accountant
Accounting, Finance/Investment, Real Estate - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $1000- $1200
The Job
- Prepare monthlytax reports and year-end tax report, statistics report, financial report and other reports in compliance with Vietnamese Law
- Key in all of daily transaction to accounting software, post month end closing.
- Input data for cash/AR/AP/GA… and invoice to accounting software.
- Issue red invoice.
- Check all of payment vouchers and prepare all of cash and bank transfers.
- Perform other duties as Chief Accountant and Director of Affairs
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Regularly communicate with tax authorities and other regulatory institutes.
Your Skills and Experience
- Educational background: University degree in accounting or finance
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same position
- Has good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
- Able to write and speak English, Chinese is a plus.
- Able to use MS office and accounting software
