General Affairs Supervisor
Customer Service, High Technology, Consumer Electronics - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $900- $1300
The Job
- Oversee day-to-day activities of General Affairs.
- Ensure overall security of the company’s properties, employees and interests.
- Manage and supervise all security, cleaning, trees, pest control and car travel activities to ensure they supply good services to company.
- Follow-up the General Affairs budget
- Ensure sub-contractors’ employees are follow the Company rules & regulations.
- Develop, implement and keep updated all the General Affairs related policies
- Support all teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance team work spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve good production target. Benefits for employees: health checkup, birthday, special events…
- Be responsible for expatriate (house & car rental, visa, work permit, residence card fee, health insurance, relocation, tax service, children’s school fee …)
- Support other department activities as required. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Human Resources Director, General Director.
Your Skills and Experience
- 30 - 38 years old
- University: Business Administration., Economics, HR
- Good command of writing & verbal English.
- 'Good command of Word and Power Point
- Good communications skills.
- Good problem solving skills, negotiation
- Good conceptual and analytical competences, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
- Profound knowledge of facility management, procurement and general administration.
- With at least 5 years Supervisory and Managerial experience in General Affairs
Had management and leadership experience and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
