General Manager/Center Manager-English school
Education/Training, Marketing, Sales - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $2000- $3000
The Job
Main Purpose: Obtains revenue by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop short and long-term goals and objectives annually and quarterly
- Develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
- Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Be responsible for the organic growth and development of additional business opportunities
- Build company image and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, training,monitoring, and appraising job results.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in general management role, expertise ineducation field
- Have thorough knowledge about marketing & sales strategies
- Have proficient leadership, organizational, supervisory and time managementskills
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Be able to properly manage teams and employees
- Excellent in English
