Purpose
- To manage all daily activities within team - To make sure all the instructions/tasks assigned by CIO/BOM/BODs are clear and completed as per the deadline by all staffs. To coordinate team with others to achieve the overall targets/goals of IT Division
External
- Other departments within IT Division, Business Units and Vendors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and control all Pega projects from analysis to business requirements, state tasks to develop Pega systems in order to develop business processes of the pega according to IT strategy
- Be responsible for Architecture, Integration of Pega with other system and developing methodology for developments on Pega
- Enhance business and technical capabilities for Pega, knowledge management and training to users
- Responsible for quality assurance, tasks to develop software, and their compliance with business requirements
Your Skills and Experience
- Master degree holder, preferably in IT areas
- Experience:
- Consumer Bank experience
- BPM Implementation
- COE management
- General skills:
- Strong management skill.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong Organization skills.
- Sharp Negotiator and Vendor management skill.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English
