Purchasing/Supply Chain - Ho Chi Minh

The Job

Key responsibilities |

Project procurement |
Support section manager (SM) to manage procurement projects (review, approve and control) by using proper tools to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of investment / cost, project operations in line with Company compliance.
|
|
Vendor Management |
Coordinate, discuss with business partners, for the vendor sourcing, management and selection |
|
Support section manager (SM) to organize tender/pitch to ensure the transparency of vendor evaluation and selection |
|
|
Review about product, service price, cost, management fee, commercial term and conditions to ensure investment / cost are utilized efficiently and effectively |
|
|
Input and control vendor master list |
|
|
Input and control vendor product & service master price / quotation |
|
|
Make vendor annual evaluation |
|
|
Process (Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA)) annual renewal |
|
|
PO/Receipt management |
Make PO and receipt after receiving PR (purchase request) from stakeholders. |
|
Plan and arrange delivery schedule to ensure service delivery timely |
|
|
Process related vendor payment |
|
|
Reporting |
Generate reports relating to Procurement scope periodically and per request |
|
Others |
Support other ah-hoc task required by section manger |
Your Skills and Experience
- University
- English: Advanced
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge in market reading, price benchmarking and price forecasting skills
- Computer skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office: Power point, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet
- At least 1 year of experience in big MNCs for Officer and 3 years of experience for Senior Executive
- Indirect procurement, especially in Electronics, Retail, Sales & MTK service would be preferred.
Other requirements :
- Detailed, analytical and resourceful with strong problem resolution skills
- Vendor management skill
- Familiar with compliance in big MNCs.
- Independent and a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard-working and integrity
