- Plan, direct and manage the strategies and annual action plans of Distribution Operations nationwide to support the company achieve the sales growth goals, increase business operation efficiency & effectiveness, deliver customer service excellence, manage physical presence & brand experiences to support Company Distributors’ business growth success and Company reputation
Primary Responsibilities
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
- Develop & lead the implementation of business long range business plan & annual operational plans for distribution operational excellence and Company physical presence & brand experience for Company Distributors experience & Company reputation to meet business long term business plan, sales growth & COI objectives
PROGRAMS, PROCESSES, SERVICES:
1. Responsbile to lead, direct & manage distribution operations efficiently, productively and in well compliance with business sales & marketing plans, business operation policies & procedures and legal regulations.
- Oversee, direct & lead to standardize and improve the distribution operations, policies, standards and procedures, ensuring the effective & well complied business operations by all Distribution Centers nationwide.
- Overall manage business operations (including warehouse operation, goods ordering, cash collections & delivery, Distributor registration, Distributor queries & complaints handling..) at nationwide Distribution Centers & Shops
- Direct to develop & manage all Distribution Centers & Shops workforce’s business implementation in well compliance and at cost effectiveness, meeting annual internal & external audit plans
2. Responsbile to direct excellence customer service performance in alignment with business strategy & regional direction at high satisfaction
- Direct to build up customer services standards & strategies for excellent customer services in alignment with regional Excellence CS standards & strategies
- Partner and keep frequent interaction with Distributor & High Pin Leader forces to get input/ feedback & optimize distribution service improvement initiatives at Distributors’ satisfaction
- Lead to improve business excellence through continuous innovation and creativeness for operational & service excellence to achieve desired results in the areas of accuracy, productivity, delivery and on-line services, cost effectiveness MANAGEMENT/EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead to leverage customer experience /satisfaction through the CS continuous improvement development programs & annual survey initiatives.
- Lead to develop call center operational strategies to ooptimize business efficiency through professional & excellent operation outbound & inbound customer service call centers to optimize business effectiveness & productivity.
- Lead & manage projects relating Distributors’ complaints & advert case management
3. Responsbile to increase accessibility and positive 1st experience of Company Distributors at via Company physical presences & brand experience programs in alignment with regional direction & strategies to meet business sales growth demand
- Analyze & identify business opportunities and build up the plans for setting up or leading innovation to Company physical presences, distribution services to facilitate efficient physical presence access & experience to Distributors
- Lead to plan & implement physical experience & brand experience programs for Company Distributors’ positive 1st impression experiences at all Distribution Centers & shops nationwide in alignment with regional strategies & directions
4. Lead & direct internal auditing & governing to ensure the operational control & business ethics as well as legal compliance
5. Lead important regional initiatives and projects at required
STAFF MANAGEMENT:
- Lead, manage & develop the direct report team 4 members who are at functional head levels (Regional Distribution Center Lead; Operational Excellence Lead; Retail Experience Lead & Call Center Lead)
- Oversee & direct functional managers to lead & manage Distribution workforce teams of 160 staff nationwide
