HR Manager – Total Supply Chains
Human Resources, FMCG - Binh Duong
Salary: $4500 - $5000
The Job
Principle Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing, organizing and controlling all aspects of Human Resources Department of 2 factories and total supply chains functions, the person acts as single contact for all human related issues / activities of all departments within operations to ensure all HR policies and procedures are well implemented.
- As a specialist, the person provides coaching/ consulting to department managers (operations) in dealing with labour legislation related issues such as labour contract, working time, disciplinary…
- As a strategic business partner, the person supports the organization in improving working performance, disciplinary and building company culture.
Reporting Relationship
- The post reports to Human Resources Director and operational reports to Operations Director
- Supervises 4 Assistant HR Managers, HR Officer, Chief Security
Job Responsibilities
- Supports Operations Director in preparing middle long-term and yearly man power plans.
- Consults department managers in identifying and drawing up talent development, succession plans for all key positions within Operations. Makes sure all agreed development plans are well implemented.
- Supports department managers in managing performance of the workforce to achieve business objectives. Ensures performance management process is well managed.
- Supports department managers in managing disciplinary of the workforce. Makes sure it is controlled properly according to the government law and company regulation.
- Supports department managers to analyse training needs. Prepare budget and organize training programs for the staff as planned.
- Coordinates with C&B department to implements compensation & benefits policies to the workforce according to labour code and company regulation.
- Coordinates with recruitment manager to sets up and maintains pool of potential resources to make sure all vacancies are filled timely with most qualified candidates.
- Manages the agency workforces (temporary helpers) in a cost effective manner, in conjunction with department managers.
- Prepares and controls the yearly human resources related budget.
- Manages security system of the company premises to ensure all raw materials, finished goods and visitors are controlled properly.
- Manages factory hygiene services, scrap sales, and factory canteen.
Your Skills and Experience
- University graduated in HR, business administration, Law major, ect..
- At least 8 years working expereience in relevant role or HR Manager for factory is a plus
- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR life cycle;
- Relevant experience in ER/IR systems and processes in a factory/manufacturing environment;
- Thorough understanding of managing trade unions, key legal, compliance, safety and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes at factory/manufacturing environment;
- Ideally have experience in HR service centre environment and/or expertise teams as well as hands-on HR management experience in the business
- Good of interpersonal, influencing & leadership skills
- Good command of English
- Can do attidude
- Familiar with WCM or TPM project is advantage
