IT Security Specialist

The Job
- Establish risk analysis as a basis for managing IS/IT risks, assist in sustaining ISMS
- Ensure secure-by-design for local IT applications
- Ensure compliance to Cloud Compliance Framework for cloud-based solutions
- Promote the usage of the inventory database of policies, standards and guidelines. Track (measure) and ensure timely deployment and application of these in the IS/IT, mobilizing the necessary resources.
- Be responsible for end-user security awareness trainings and communication hub for IS/IT security related subjects.
- Ensure completion in IS/IT of the internal security & compliance targets, set the improvement plans for security & compliance and track improvement plans and report to IS/IT Compliance Manager.
- Attend the global & regional IT security meetings, cascade IT security topics to local organization
- Support the implementation of Privacy Standard
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree,major in computer science or related technical areas
- Strong background/understanding in IT security & compliance, experience working in IT security & compliance at least 3 years
- Good understanding of Governance, Compliance and Risk processes and methods in an IT Organization
- IT security qualifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH,CISSP…
- Familiar with ISO 27000, ISMS
- Basic Knowledge of ITIL and CobiT and other Organizational and Audit Frameworks.
- Experience in networking effectively at all organizational levels across the business with the ability to engage and influence business stakeholders
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication
- Proficient English written and spoken
- Good presentation skill
- Good project management skill
- Proactive and service-oriented
