IT Support Executive
IT - Hardware/Networking, IT - Software - Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $700- $1000
The Job
- Manage server systems of company include: domain controller, Web server, Mail Server, File Server, SQL Server, Backup System,...
- Good knowledge about LAN/ WAN, Software,... and others software applications of Company.
- Management, ensuring the activities of IT infrastructure including: servers, email, storage devices, network ...
- Monitor and report daily about systems, including storage and data recovery.
- Information System Security.
- Research and updates for systems, information technology solutions: server, network.
- Manage all equipment
- Establish process documents about information systems.
- Organise training and transfer technology for employees in the IT sector
- Implement a system, proposed hardware solutions as well as software for the company.
- Great understanding of Windows and desktop applications including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support Project Integration Solution Director on IT side to align to company vision and achieve project goal.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree of IT or relevant major
- At least 2 year working experience in relevant role
- About System should have one of the following qualifications: MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP ...
- About the Network needs to have one of the following qualifications: MCDBA, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP...
- Proactive and creative thinking.
- Presentation skills and work organization.
- Able to work overtime and on weekends
- Good communication by English
